Zak Smith@ Fredericks and Freiser

Visiting Chelsea can be a rough experienced for those who are not that in tune with what they're looking for. But when I saw Zak Smith's wall drawing at Fredricks and Freiser, I knew that I was seeing something special. the technique of the large wall drawing is so intense, and so painstakingly beautiful that it sort of kicked me in my own ass and said "damn, I really am not the best." I mean this something I already knew, but when you see a wall drawing that took an intense amount of time to develop, it's far more impressive to me than any painting I've seen in my life, in terms of quality and beauty.
